PLT Planning and Architecture Ltd is a visionary design firm targeting at delivering Quality Design responsive to People, Locality and Time. We take up a spectrum of challenging projects, from planning to architecture, based on Sustainability, Creativity and Social Responsibility. We are a founder of Holistic Community Association, which promotes physical\/ social\/ spiritual wellness in community design in China. Our current projects extend from China to UAE, undertaken by our studio offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong and an associate design firm in the UK. We are now in need of the following applicants in our Shanghai\/ Hong Kong studio offices, who are of independent enthusiastic character, creative in concept design and capable of design development. \r\n\r\n\r\nDetails of vacancies\r\n\r\nPosition:\tSenior Urban Designer\r\n\r\nDescription: \t– A minimum of 6 years of solid design experience for a variety of developments (hotel, retail, office, residential) and at different scale; \r\n–\tHaving multi-skills such as architectural\/ sustainable design are advantages;\r\n–\tPlaying senior role to initialize concepts, co-ordinate and monitor the work of assistants in design development, prepare and make presentation (English) to client;\r\n–\tGood sketching\/ quick design skill;\r\n–\ttraveling in China and other countries is necessary\r\n–\tAvailability in March 2013 or before preferred.\r\n\r\nQualification: – Bachelor degree in Urban Design or Architecture \r\n\r\nSalary: \tNegotiable with talents and experiences\r\n\r\nPLT is much more than a place to work on.
