ADAT Studio is actively seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect/Project Manager to join our team in Rome.
The preferred candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of successfully delivering projects in both private and public sectors, exhibit excellent leadership qualities, and showcase a strong commitment to achieving design excellence.
As a Senior Architect, you will manage the Design Team, a crucial role in leading complex projects from conception to completion and ensuring the success of high-quality architectural solutions.
Required:
• Professional knowledge of Revit/BIM is mandatory.
• Must have EU work permit.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Oversee project teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
• Take ownership of project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Implement rigorous quality control processes to maintain high design standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative design concepts.
Qualifications and Skills:
• 10+ years of architectural experience.
• Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Prior studio experience on high-profile and international projects.
• Extensive experience with construction detailing and the ability to create a complete construction document set.
• Previous experience in construction management is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficient in Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• International experience is a plus.
