In 2000, Japanese architect Toyo Ito designed &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.via-arquitectura.net\/10\/10-110.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Parque  de la Relajacion<\/a>&#8221; in <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Torrevieja\" target=\"_blank\">Torrevieja<\/a>, a thermal mud spa developed by Municipality, and made up of three single buildings.
