Construction of the new venue, that will be\r\nnamed Louvre Abu Dhabi, is starting this year and will end by 2012. In\r\nexchange for that &quot;exporting&quot;, France is going to receive about 1,000\r\nmillion euros. The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dezeen.com\/2007\/01\/31\/more-images-of-nouvels-abu-dhabi-museum\/\" target=\"_blank\">building<\/a>, designed by Jean Nouvel, will be carried out on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tdic.ae\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Saadiyat Island\">Saadiyat<\/a> island, together with three other megaplans, taking up 24,000 square meters, 8,000 of whom for exhibitions.
