Last december an unusual complex of eleven apartments was inaugurated in Brazil: each floor independently rotates, offering a 360-degree view of Curitiba, the “sustainable” capital of Parana State (in the South of Brazil).
Each flat costs 300,000 dollars, occupying an entire floor (287 sqm)[Univision / Terra.com.br].
