We are seeking a Social Media and FF&E Coordinator for our office in Milan to support the Marketing and Procurement team.
This role combines digital content coordination with operational support in preparing FF&E presentations and documentation for high-end interior design projects.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in coordination with multiple departments within a structured and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Marketing Support and Social Media
• Organize and manage content planning for Instagram and LinkedIn
• Structure posts in alignment with the studio’s positioning and tone
• Adapt content appropriately across both platforms
• Coordinate publication schedules according to the editorial calendar
• Support marketing activities
Procurement Support – FF&E
• Prepare and structure product presentations for client submissions
• Collect and organize technical sheets, imagery, and material information
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of documentation
• Maintain well-organized project files and archives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Background in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong visual eye, with the ability to support content creation through careful image selection
• Solid understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn dynamics
• Ability to manage deadlines and priorities
• Professional level of English
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Office Suite and AutoCAD
