PULIZIA FILTRI LAYER SU LT 2000

ho trovato l'applicazione per pulire dai filtri layer i files
non ho però capito la procedura dove copiare DVB e LSP (RIPORTO IL README)
SCUSATE LA MIA IGNORANZA MA NON HO CAPITO
CHI PUO' AIUTARMI??????????

1) Add the DVB & LSP files to the Appload Startup Suite.
2) Open the LSP file in a notepad to see the defined
command. It is typically the top line and follows
the "C:". If desired you can change the command.
3) Type the defined command at the command prompt to
start the tool, or setup your own toolbar icon.
