The Ministry of Culture and Tourism (MCT) of Korea intends to build a culture complex, which accommodates various forms of arts and cultural events, in the southwestern hub city of Gwangju. The complex, named tentatively Asian Culture Complex (ACC), is aimed for promot-ing Asian values in arts and culture.The Executive Agency for Culture Cities of the MCT invites architects around the world for the design of ACC to the Open International Project Competition in a Single Stage approved by UIA.
