The Government of St.Petersburg: the Committee for City Planning and Architecture, the Committee for External Relations, the Committee for Science and High Schools, with participation of St.Petersburg Branch of Russian Union of Architects and the Russian Union of Architects.

COMPETITION TIMELINE
Total duration of the competition – 7 months.
- Stage I - March - June 2006
- Stage II - June - September 2006
ELIGIBILITY
The competition is open to citizens of any European country below 35 years old:
- young certified architects, designers, urban planners (individuals and teams of professionals);
- ?students of architecture, design and urban planning in the universities, high schools and colleges of European countries, as advised by such educational institutions.
