This is a full-time, on-site position, suited to a mid-level professional (minimum 5 years of experience) who is confident in architectural design and BIM workflows and eager to work on complex, high-end hospitality and spa projects in an international context.
Immediate availability is required.
The selected candidate will be involved in all project phases, from concept development to construction documentation, working closely with the Creative Director, Project Managers, and multidisciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities
• Architectural design development for luxury hospitality, spa, and wellness projects
• Creation, management, and coordination of BIM models throughout all project phases
• Advanced use of BIM tools for design development, coordination, and documentation
• Collaboration with internal teams and external consultants (MEP, structures, interiors)
• Support to project planning, timelines, and client presentations
• Contribution to design quality, technical consistency, and innovation

Qualifications
Required
• Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design
• Advanced knowledge of BIM software: Revit and/or Archicad (both are a strong plus)
• Solid experience in BIM workflows, coordination, and model management
• Proven ability to work on complex projects within structured teams
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Preferred
• Previous experience in hospitality, spa, or luxury projects
• Experience working with international clients and multidisciplinary teams
• Sensitivity to design quality and wellness-oriented concepts
