Buenos Aires: unveiled new Repsol-YPF building designed by Cesar Pelli

On November 11th it was unveiled the design of the new Repsol-YPF headquarters in Puerto Madero (Buenos Aires) designed by Argentinian architect Cesar Pelli. The opening is scheduled for 2008.
