New World Trade Center: first stone laid for Calatrava’s transportation hub

Authorities of New York State and New Jersey celebrated yesterday the construction start of Ground Zero public transportation hub, designed by Valencian architect Santiago Calatrava. The station will be completed in 2009 and will cost nearly 2,500 millions of euros [levante-emv].
