TDA House, designed by the Spanish firm Cadaval & Solà-Morales, in Puerto Escondido (Oaxaca, Mexico)…The building had to be fresh, fighting a heat that feels abnormal for people accustomed to urban standards of comfort; to require minimal maintenance and, if possible, low cost; to be flexible in the number of dwellers, in use and configuration; to completely open to the exterior, but also be able to close and concentrate on itself.
