The Porteño Building, designed by Philippe Starck and situated in the middle of Puerto Madero, includes two different architectural typologies: hotel and apartments, with the same facilities for guests and residents. The functional solution was achieved through an interior design that arranges different elements in accordance with the purpose of every single room [Clarín].
