Gazprom-City is a real estate development plan funded with several millions in Saint Petersburg. Six architects were invited to take part in the competition for those 300-meter high skyscrapers: Herzog & de Meuron, Jean Nouvel, RMJM , OMA, Daniel Libeskind and Massimiliano Fuksas.
