On 10/05/08, Nakheel, a company created by the owners of Dubai, the city-state that is one of the seven United Arab Emirates, announced the construction of a new more than 1 km high skyscraper. The Nakheel Harbour and Tower, designed by Woods Bagot, is going to be finished in 2020 [elmundo.es / La Vanguardia / The Guardian].
