Oscar Niemeyer unveiled the design of the sculpture that will be inaugurated in Paris, near to the Seine river bank, on the 14th of July – French National Day. The 8 metres wide and 4 metres high work, that’s part of the Year of Brazil in France, represents a hand extended in the air, while offering a flower [Prensa Latina].
