The Sale House in Venice (California), designed by Johnston Marklee & Associates, replaces a 20's bungalow destroyed by fire. On the back of the lot, flames spared a two-storey garage and studio annexed building, designed by Morphosis in 1978 and widely known as "2 4 6 8 House" [Arkinetia].
