Rafael Moneo is the winner of the competition called to build the new congress palace in the city of Zurich (Switzerland). Nonetheless, the project encountered the opposition of current building supporters, opposed to demolishing it to make possible the birth of the new structure, that seems to be a glass palace with prominent corners, whose cost will be around 225 million euros [el mundo].
